Rye bread black beer
Not always easy to find malt bread, in that case can be made for a dark beer. The bread turns out flavorful, juicy and crispy!

Ingredients

  • Dark beer

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Rye flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

Cooking

Take 200 ml of slightly warmed in the microwave of beer, add sugar, yeast, sifted flour (75 g 125 g rye and wheat).

Get the consistency of the mass like thick cream. Cover with a towel and put on the cap to rise (about 30 min).

Add to this mix the honey, salt, vegetable oil and the remaining beer with the flour. All kneaded, the dough will be sticky.

Cover with a towel and set to come on 1 hour. Then obtinem and spread in the form greased. Give rise even higher. For variety, I sprinkle the top with sesame seeds.

Bake at 240 degree with steam for 10-15 min, then decreases to 220 and 30-35 min without steam. Allow to cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
