Chicken in red wine
Excellent combination of red wine and chicken nice variety to your menu.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Shallots

    15 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Dry red wine

    600 ml

  • Bay leaf

    5 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Chicken legs (I used thighs without skin) sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry chicken with two sides for 3-4 minutes until Golden brown. After roasting for a time, get the chicken out of the pan.

In the same pan put the garlic cut in half, shallots, whole mushrooms.

Pour the wine, add the Bay leaves, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.

When everything comes to a boil, return the chicken to the pan, gently stir, diminish the fire, cover with a lid and cook an hour on low heat.
