It's the first meal of Indian food, which I tried. Chicken in a spicy, rich in flavors and colorful, sauce. Very tasty.

Cooking
Here is the products needed.
Chicken fillet cut into cubes, fry in small amount of vegetable oil spread.
Onion, garlic, ginger finely cut and fry in the liquid from the chicken 7-8 minutes. Add the cumin, turmeric, coriander, pepper, fennel. Fill with water, and simmer for 1 minute.
Add the tomatoes, diced, chopped cilantro, yogurt, salt.
Add the chicken, some water, garam masala. Simmer, covered 20-25 minutes.
For a side dish you can serve rice. Bon appetit!
