Prepare the batter: pea flour and wheat flour, salt, asafoetida, garam masala or a mixture of spices curry mix and pour 400-500 ml of water to get the dough as sour cream. Pour over the kebabs with the batter. Fry in hot oil. The taste is very unusual! Satisfying!
