Belgian waffles
Recipe taken from the magazine "Food Network". I liked the fact that the dough is prepared the night before. The waffles are soft, airy, I loved it.

Ingredients

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla essence

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1.25 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

So, start cooking in the evening. Mix water, yeast, sugar. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes until bubbles appear
