Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Potato starch

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Jam apricot

For the dough using brown sugar "Mistral". Mix all wet ingredients - egg, margarine, vegetable oil and water with a whisk until smooth. Mix all dry ingredients, pour them in a mixture of wet and knead the dough. In the fridge for half an hour.
