Snack rolls of pancakes
Pancakes are a great base for a La carte rolls. I offer to make a cute and low-fat rolls. If You like a slight sweetness in the dishes with a bird, you are welcome.

Ingredients

  • Damn

    4 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

For this recipe you can use any savoury pancakes.

Onions cut into thin half-rings and fry for 5 minutes in sunflower oil Oleina. Add sugar, balsamic vinegar and fry for another 3 minutes.

Chicken fillet dismantle the fibers, pear RUB on a large grater and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix together, season with salt and pepper.

On pancake spread the onion, then the chicken with pear. On one side put lettuce.

Collapsible rolls.

Cut into two pieces and serve.
