Cooking
Meat cut into small cubes. In the frying pan, the vegetable oil and fry on medium heat on all sides. Then transfer to a bowl.
Carrots cut into thin slices (mine were large, I cut the slices into 4 pieces).
In the same pan fry the prepared vegetables for 5-7 minutes.
Add the meat to the vegetables, stir, add tomato juice (I spread the tomato paste in 1 Cup. water), salt and pepper, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes add the prunes (pre-prunes well washed and chopped) and leave to stew on for another 15 min.
The meat is ready! Can be served with any side dish. Bon appetit!
