Cooking
To the warm milk add sugar, oil and yeast, leave for a few minutes. Eggs (room temperature) mix with sour cream (room temperature), add to yeast mixture, stir well and add flour to knead (the dough should not stick to hands, but should not be very steep), leave in a warm place while preparing the filling. Roll the dough and spread in a greased form
Onion cut into half rings, mushrooms cut into slices or slices (as You like) and fry together on a mixture of oil and butter, mix with 100 gr. cheese, shabby on a small grater, put on the dough
Sprinkle the remaining (50 g) cheese, shabby on a small grater
Whip cream with eggs (not for long), pour the egg-sour cream mixture pie
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 min.
