The Turkey with raisins and nuts
I bought a Turkey breast... more was the continuous improvisation... What was at hand, and started up in business!!! Do not judge strictly... turned out very delicious!!! Even mom ate!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    800 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    100 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Meat wash and cut into pieces.

The carrots and celery cleaned and cut into strips. Put in pan with heated vegetable oil and fry. To put it in a pot in which to prepare the dish.

Finely chop the onion and fry with oil until light brown colour.

Add the onions from the flour, mix well. Then add tomato paste. All together fry a bit.

Add a little water and stir until smooth. To shift the contents of the pan into a small saucepan.

Process everything in a blender to puree TATUS.

Place the meat in a pan and fry to a light it will turn brown.

Put the meat in a pan to passerovannym vegetables.

In a pan pour water and bring to boil. Boil for 5 minutes

Pour contents of skillet into the pot with the meat.

Add the tomato-onion sauce.

Add the raisins and ground nuts.

Add salt, pepper and ground coriander.

Add the sour cream. Stir and simmer until the meat is cooked. Serve with potatoes or any other garnish to taste. Bon appetit!!!
