Beet pie with cranberries
Unusual pie with beets and cranberries! Delicious and simple, and most importantly - useful!!!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Flour

  • Cranberry

    1 cup

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In warm milk dissolve sugar and yeast.

Add salt, egg and melted butter.

Mix thoroughly.

Small portions add just enough flour to make soft dough.

Roll into a ball, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.

After sprinkle with flour, punch down and allow to rise again.

Prepare the filling: boil beetroot, cool, clean (better do it in advance), RUB on a small grater.

Cranberries grind in a blender with sugar.

Add beets and starch.

Mix thoroughly.

2/3 roll out dough to a thickness of 5 mm.

Put in greased with vegetable oil form, making high sides, put the filling, smooth.

Remains of dough roll out to a thickness of 3 mm, cut into strips and put in the form of a lattice on top.
