Cooking
Onions and carrots cut into cubes, fry for 2 min.
Add the mince and continue to fry
The rice is pre-soaked, pour out the water and add to the mince and vegetables
Salt, pepper, add a mixture of sweet peppers, fill with boiling water
Cook on very low heat, with the lid closed, not stirring 30 min. the Garlic added a whole 10 minutes before end of cooking
After cooking the rice, wrap it up in 10 minutes, let rest. The dish is ready
