Pasta with minced chicken and tomato sauce
I apologize if my recipe is similar to someone else, but I, honestly!, came up with herself today... at work))) wondering what to cook for dinner. Present your creativity to your fair trial. PS. To lean the table you can do without the chicken. With this idea I did - the husband with the meat, and I just fuckin ' ... with sauce.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Tomato

    7 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

  • Dill

  • Coriander

  • Salt

Onions chop and fry in oil until slightly Golden.

In a pan, add the ground beef (separated into pieces) and mix with onion. Cover and sauté a minute to mince a little seized. Then with a spoon, as if rubbing, split it into small pieces, fry for another 7 minutes. Salt, add spices, stir and fry for about 15-20 minutes.

Pepper to clear of seeds. Tomatoes and peppers separately grind in a blender (or finely chop).

Carrots grate on a grater. Put in a saucepan with a little oil and lightly fry. Add the chopped garlic, reduce the heat and then 7 minutes.

To the sauce add the herbs (not salt!) and boil for another 10 minutes.

Pasta boil in salted water, rinse and place on a plate.
