Loves my family to eat pancakes, and I love to cook. Of course there are many variants of this wonderful dish, I try not to repeat myself, but if suddenly there will be something similar, sorry. Cooking
Mix milk, eggs, butter.
Add flour gradually, whisking all the mixer ( can plug). Add sunflower oil, salt.
The dough will be quite liquid. If you want sweet pancakes, add sugar and stir well.
Pour pancake pan with sunflower oil (a little for greasing), heat well. The excess oil can be poured in the dough.
Take a heated pan by the handle and pour the batter evenly over the surface to get a very thin layer. Try not to leave holes because it will burn.
Bake for a few minutes and flips to the other side. Well removed and does not stick. Bake the second side until done.
Ready pancakes grease with butter or let cool and add the desired filling.
