Fragrant bun with sesame seeds
Very flavorful muffin with a crispy crust and tender crumb will approach to the first dish. Is delicious to taste with tomato juice and sweet tea.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    75 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    1 tsp

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Dissolve the yeast in water with sugar and allow to ferment.

Onions, garlic finely chop. Pepper cleaned, cut into small dice. Fry in butter, all the vegetables.
