Cooking
Each half fillet of fish cut into three pieces, salt and sprinkle with spices on both sides. Set aside the fish is slightly marinated.
Wash and peel the vegetables.
Carrots grate on a grater. Put in a deep bowl.
Pepper cut in small strips and add to carrots.
Tomatoes cut into cubes, onion - quartered rings. All put into a bowl with the carrots and pepper.
Vegetables, salt, add mayonnaise and mix well.
Grate cheese on a medium grater.
At the bottom of a deep baking dish pour a little oil and spread it over the surface. Put into a form the fish in two layers.
On top of the fish put the vegetable mix and flatten.
All sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover with foil and place in preheated 180 degree oven. After 10-15 minutes remove foil and leave continue to bake for another 25-30 minutes.
