So called this dish my husband=))) something between pancakes and cutlets. Can be served as a standalone, but you can with a side dish.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Pangasius

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Pangasius defrosted.

Fish fillet cut into small cubes.

Crab sticks are also cut into cubes.

To connect sliced pangasius fillet with crab sticks, add the eggs, flour, salt and pepper to your taste.

In hot oil put the resulting mass one tablespoon. Fry "oldlady" for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.

Ready spread on the plate. Mmmm... mouth-watering!
