Cooking
1. Very hot pan (ideally a wok) and fry the sesame seeds for a couple of minutes to slightly darkened. Remove from the pan and fold separately.
2. Heat the oil, add the meat to the pan and fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
3. Then add chopped garlic and fry for another 2 minutes.
4. Chop the onion feathers obliquely.
5. Add to the pan soy sauce, sherry (I added rice vinegar) and onions. Give pobolit 1 minute.
6. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with noodles. I, as always slimming, used without noodles))))
