Escabeche of fish
Regular fish marinade.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    700 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Corn flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    450 g

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Fish fillets dry, cut into pieces and lightly breaded in flour with spices.

Fry the fish until Browning, defer.

For the sauce - fry the ginger, garlic, onion, without letting the onions brown. Add sweet peppers, carrots and fry all together.

Add the pureed tomatoes.

Corn flour to dissolve a small number of Ohm water to form a paste. Pour in remaining water, vinegar, sugar and pour the mixture over the vegetables. Cook until thick, stirring occasionally. Add fish sauce, salt and pepper.

To shift the fish to the sauce and allow to warm up.
