Cooking

step-0
Taking the Cup of flour and milk and yeast, knead the dough for the dough and put it into heat. In the risen dough add eggs, salt, sugar, butter and remaining milk and flour. Kneaded the dough, leave to rise for one hour in a warm place.
step-1
Clear the apples from the skin, remove seeds and the stalk, RUB on a coarse grater.
step-2
Carefully add to the risen dough.
step-3
Then well preheat the pan with vegetable oil and fry pancakes on it.
step-4
Serve with sauce from wild cranberries. For this I cut the top off of the Apple, took out the core. A slice of Apple dipped in acidified water (1 tsp of lemon juice or vinegar + 0.5 C water), to ensure that the cut is not dark... and filled with sauce.
step-5
Bon appetit!
