This recipe for gingerbread gave me the colleague. Once upon a time in the early 90's she saw the recipe on the package of flour, which was sent as humanitarian assistance. A colleague, but at that time it was 10-year-old girl, took a dictionary and translated the recipe and then baked the gingerbread. But here's the thing, in the recipe it was stated 0.5 cups of cocoa, and she instead put cocoa 0.5 Cup cinnamon... Gingerbread was very tasty, since that's exactly what she and her bakes! Fans of cinnamon and not only help yourself)

Cooking
Mix flour, soda and cinnamon.
Melt margarine, add sugar, eggs, milk and beat with a mixer.
Mix both mixtures, the dough turns thick.
Bake at 180 gr. for about 30 minutes.
If desired, the gingerbread can be cut, impregnated with cream or jam, decorate the top with frosting. Bon appetit.
