Was looking for a recipe for cooking goat legs in the Internet.. not found. Vot that happened to me.

Ingredients

  • Leg

  • Dry red wine

  • Garlic

  • Spices

  • Butter

Leg of goat soaked in wine overnight. In the morning add salt and pepper, sprinkle with spices. With a knife make holes all over the leg of goat the cloves of garlic crush with a knife and lard meat.

Lay on the foil and to collect pieces of butter.
