I have already spread the bread with paprika on the website. Today I want to show another version of this bread. Very tasty. Source: the book "All about bread".

Cooking
In the bread machine pan pour water and milk, add required amount of flour, salt, sugar, yeast. Pepper cut into small cubes and add to the other ingredients. Add cumin seeds. (If Your HP order of bookmarks another then do it your way.) Set the baking mode the "PRIMARY" crust color - MEDIUM, click the button "START". ATTENTION!!! The WEIGHT of BREAD 1 kg 200 g. If You need bouhanick smaller, cook the bread from half of the required ingredients. The weight of the loaf will be 600 grams.
