Chicken in sauce with salami
I have matured this idea when I was looking at a petrified piece of salami in the fridge (and throw away kind, sorry). And finally today, the idea embodied in the form of tender chicken in a spicy sauce

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    800 g

  • Salami

    5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato juice

    1 cup

  • Sauce

    4 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Tarragon

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken meat separated from skin and bones, cut into strips

Fry in vegetable oil until done, put on plate

Onion finely chopped, put in pan, sauté until soft

Add tomato juice, bring to boil

Add salt, sugar, spices, chili sauce, stir

Here are the spices

Salami grate on a coarse grater, (I didn't weigh what happened in grams, but roughly 5 tbsp)

Add to the sauce, stir it all the time the sauce needs to boil slowly on low heat

Spread the sauce to our chicken, stir

After 2-3 minutes turn off the heat
