Fish is very tasty, especially the garnish of fried onions!
Ingredients

Cooking
To cook tempura: flour + egg + salt + pepper, whisk.
Add the cream and again whisk well with a whisk, bring the batter to a thickness of 10% cream.
Onions cut into rings(a lot)
onion rings salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour.
Fish wash and promacot with a towel, cut into squares. Each piece dipped in batter.
On a hot griddle with butter, put the fish for frying.
Fry on both sides until Golden brown.
Also fry the onion in plenty of oil until crispy. On the dish lay out the finished fish and add it fried rings of onion. This is what happened! BON APPETIT!!!
