Cooking

step-0
In a bowl with a thick bottom pour oil, heat it and put into the hot grains of cumin. When they get crackling, add long sliced onions.
step-1
Fry the onions until pink.
step-2
In a blender grind the garlic, ginger and chili pepper (I crushed in a mortar). Add the resulting paste to the onions.
step-3
Cauliflower, carrots, sweet peppers, long beans cut into.
step-4
Add the vegetables to the onions, close, and simmer 5 minutes on low heat.
step-5
Add salt, turmeric, cumin and coriander, red pepper.
step-6
Here's the seasoning "kitchen king".
step-7
In the original recipe, for 5 minutes before removing from heat, add seasoning "Kitchen King", but it can only be bought in Indian stores. Replace it with another, a favorite mixture of herbs that do not require long heat treatment.
step-8
Immediately add the ketchup and cheese-paneer.
step-9
Fry on medium heat for 5 minutes. Garnish with greens.
step-10
Bon appetit!
