Cooking
Soft beat butter with sugar until receiving air mass. Add the egg yolks and whisk.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Knead the dough in that and would like to add flour, but this is not worth. The finished dough divided into two parts, in a proportion of about 60:40. A large part put in a baking dish the size of 25X35 cm, covered with baking paper. Distribute the dough with a wet palm on the bottom of the form.
To prepare the filling, we need the following products.
In a saucepan pour the pudding, mix with sugar, add milk, stir. Put on fire and stirring constantly, cook until thick.
In hot cream add the rum or liqueur, zest of half a lemon, grated on a small grater, and sour cream. All stir. Separately, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks and gently stir them into the cream. It is the cloud.
Pour the filling on the dough in shape, smooth out the surface. On top of the remaining dough to make lattice.
Bake in preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes, then to look in the oven and, if the surface is much reddened, cover pie with a sheet of baking paper or foil and bake for another 10 minutes. The readiness test should come out clean, the filling will have the consistency of trembling pudding, when cooled it hardens. The cake will swell much, but then will settle.
It's a miracle eat better the next day, the dough rested and acquired the right tenderness, but the filling is unsettled.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into small cakes and enjoy their heavenly taste! Honestly, I would eat this every day!
