Tried in pots and in the roaster, but in pots is hard to see the result, and in the roaster - the most it. Cooking
I have "shut" the camera, so the photos in the middle. Cut into portioned pieces of fish fillet to roll in mixture of flour, spices for fish (I have, for lack of a universal seasoning), salt, panirovochnyh crackers. Fry until soft in a pan with two sides in vegetable oil. Put in a roaster (or any shape), greased with butter or margarine.
Mushrooms (in my case mushrooms) cut into medium slices
Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil
Cucumbers cut into cubes (karnishony - slices).
Onions cut into rings or half rings and put on top of fried fish fillet
Put fried mushrooms and cucumbers
Pour all sour cream and sprinkle with cherries
Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped greens. And keep for 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese (Who likes crispy crust of cheese, you can pour right before sending in the oven). That's all! Bon appetit!
