Chicken with vegetables in red wine
Tender breast of chicken.. pepper, carrot, tomato, garlic, onion, spices and herbs.. with a dressing of red wine and lemon juice..

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper pepperoni

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Turmeric

  • Coriander

  • Ginger

  • Cumin

  • Cinnamon

  • Nuts

  • Chili

    1 Tbsp

  • Dry red wine

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Breast cut into pieces, season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped garlic, spice, and everything nice mix. Put an even layer in a small rectangular baking pan.

Peel the carrot and cut into thin polukruzhochkami, :) onions and peppers cut into half rings, tomatoes pour over boiling water, remove peel and cut into thin slices. All the vegetables in layers to put on the chicken: carrot, pepper, tomato (on a layer of tomatoes put chopped greens) onions.

To make wine vinaigrette: mix the water, wine and lemon juice. Pour over the vegetables.

To place the form in the sleeve for baking and cook in a preheated 200C oven for 1.5 hours (you can of course less, BUT I sooo love it when the chicken just melts in your mouth).
