Cooking
In a large and deep frying pan (I have 28 cm) fry in vegetable oil stuffing. In a saucepan or a large bowl pour the water, vsypaem spices and thoroughly stir to avoid lumps. Pour it in the frying pan to the meat. Mix well (I added hops-suneli). For maximum heat bring to the boil and then on medium heat with the lid closed until the sauce thickens.
Take shape. Scoops up the sauce with minced meat with a ladle and arrange on the bottom of the form, spread on top close to each other lasagna sheets. Again svehu sauce with minced meat, and so alternate until the meat at the end.
The last layer should be meat. For stuffing spread the creme fraiche (which I put in a large bowl and heat 1-2 minutes in the microwave - so it is easier to spread). sprinkle the top with grated cheese and in a preheated oven at 200 degrees sent to 40 min.
