Couscous with vegetables and chicken
This is one of the most popular dishes in the Arab countries. Will use prefabricated "Couscous".

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    350 g

  • Chickpeas

    200 g

  • Chicken

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.25 plug

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    100 g

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chickpea is garbanzo beans, aka hummus. In this recipe it is very good. But it is possible and without it.

It should be soaked overnight in cold water. Then, the water drained. Fill a pot with cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 1 hour.

Chicken is cut into pieces, fry and simmer with onions until tender. Seasoning to taste.

Vegetables chopped very coarsely, onion entirely.

Add to the pan with the chickpeas vegetables (pumpkin last), salt, pepper, of kurkum, dill, cilantro. Cook until tender. The soup is supposed to be transparent and very thick.

Couscous is semolina, made from semolina. 1. Pour it into the bowl. 2. Pour boiling water - half Cup. Season with salt, add Rast. oil 4 tbsp mix well.

3. Close the lid for 5 minutes

4. With a fork mix well, add 1 tbsp Oli. oil. Without cover to keep for another 5 minutes.

On the plate put the couscous slide, make a well in the centre. On top of the vegetables and chicken. Pour the vegetable stock. Bon appetit!!! :D
