Pancakes with green onion and egg
Don't know about you, but I love pies stuffed with chopped eggs and green onions. In the spring when the boards first to bow, always so prepared. So, I got the idea to make these pancakes turned out even better, as the dough is very airy and soft, and cook a lot easier and faster.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Heated to slightly warm kefir, add sugar, salt and yolks. Stir.

Add in a dough of flour and yeast.

Leave the dough alone for 15 minutes.

Now prepare the filling. Cut egg and onion, add salt, mix.

In hot oil, pour a tablespoon of dough. Inside spread in a spoon of the filling.

Gently pour on top of the filling a little more dough to it was closed from all sides. Cover with a lid and fry on medium heat on one side and then the other.

Here are our pancakes! it turned out 8 pieces.
