Fish roulade
Unusual, delicious, original. The fish with the stuffing and no bones.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Walnuts

    200 g

  • Barberry

    50 g

  • Candy

    3 Tbsp

The fish is cleaned, separated the flesh from the skins (be careful not to damage the pelt), separated the flesh from the bones.

Soak the marshmallows. To mince nuts, onions, onions squeeze the juice. Then the fish flesh, at the end of the candy (unless, as I have in the picture, soaked).

Filling: pressed bow slightly to fry on a frying pan in oil, let cool. Mix onions, nuts and candy, add salt and pepper. That's the stuffing we call lavangi.

Begin to stuff the fish. The first layer spread the meat is minced fish. Beef, of course, in the beginning season with salt and pepper.

And last, evenly place the stuffed lavangi (sour, nuts, onions)

Gently lay the fish on one side and thread to sew up the belly. Lay the fish on a slightly oiled foil on top, too, just coat with vegetable oil. Put bake in the oven.
