Ingredients

  • Squash

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

  • Salt

Wash vegetables, chop the herbs

Carrots cut into slices, onion - half rings and sauté separately in a small amount of oil

Squash peel, cut into cubes and put to fry

Tomatoes cut into large slices

When the squash is almost ready, add the tomatoes, salt, saute 5 minutes.

Add carrots with onion, remove from heat. Season with herbs and chopped garlic.
