Description
Who likes wet luscious pastries plus a bonus top crisp-try my cupcake. Zucchini tastes here are not felt, but cherishes the fact that we used them in baking. The peaches may be replaced by other seasonal fruits and even Apple.

Cooking
So, from the previous recipe we have left the middle and trim zucchini. Grate on a coarse grater.
Mix the flour with the baking powder.
To combine grated zucchini with flour.
Melt the butter or margarine, allow to cool and pour in the batter.
Add the sugar with vanilla.
Instead of a pinch of salt in the dough add the soy sauce-1 tsp., but I decided this sauce to transform the top.
Lubricate the form of vegetable oil (I have a Teflon 22 cm in diameter). To give the ring I put in the center of the ceramic Cup, which is also to coat with oil. Spread the dough around.
For decoration and taste, I decided to take these flattened peaches-they are very convenient to divide into slices.
Stick in a circle slices.
Grease brush each slice with soy sauce.
I used the "Sweet" sauce from Kikkoman.
Sprinkle the entire top with sugar-then it will be a delicious crust.
Bake until Golden state 30 minutes at 180*.
Preferably allow to cool in the form, then to move on the table, turning on a flat plate, then on the dish for serving.
When cool, preporuciti powdered sugar.
Cut the ring into pieces.
The first piece I tried with yogurt and loved it.
