Chicken cutlets with cauliflower
Delicious, hearty, flavorful patties stuffed with chicken, cauliflower and mushrooms!

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    450 g

  • Cauliflower

    400 g

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

    1.5 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences and boil until tender. Drain in a colander to drain excess liquid and cool. Put in a blender and grind.

In a bowl, combine minced chicken, chopped cauliflower, chopped onion, mushrooms and sweet pepper, and chopped garlic.

Add the egg, salt and pepper to taste, paprika and dried herbs, mix thoroughly the ground beef.

To put on the Board and put into the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry on high heat patties until Golden brown on both sides. Then reduce the fire and bring the burgers until cooked under a lid, turning them a couple of times in the process. Serve cutlets with your favorite side dish)))
