Mackerel baked in foil
I always wanted to get rid of peculiar smell mackerel (mackerel). And Here!!! The fish is without it. Very juicy and tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

We prepare our fish. Mackerel defrosted, remove the head and tail, remove the entrails, wash.

Mix 1 tbsp of mustard, 2 tsp lemon juice and salt, add half of the diced onion, coat the fish inside and out. Marinate from 30 minutes to 12 hours.

Prepare the filling. The second half of the onion pickle. Add to it 1 tsp of lemon juice, a little salt and black pepper, stir and allow to stand for 10-20 minutes.

Get the fish from the refrigerator, stuff pickled onions and wrap in foil.

Put into the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

After a time, take out the fish and enjoy! Can be served hot and cold, as you like!!! Bon appetit!!!
