Cottage cheese pancakes stuffed with dried fruits
I suggest to try yeast cottage cheese pancakes with a delicious filling of dried fruit and nuts.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    80 g

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    80 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Milk heat and pour into bowl. Add salt and sugar, mix well. Pour the yeast SAF-moment cake and let stand for 5 minutes.

Add half of the flour, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, in another bowl break the eggs, cheese, and sour cream.

For the filling, prepare the nuts and dried fruits. Raisins and dried apricots to soak briefly in hot water, then drain and rinse with cool water.

In the bowl of a blender put the dried fruit, nuts, sugar and milk. Well to break.

In the supernatant the dough pour cheese-egg mixture and stir. Add the remaining flour and stir until completely dissolved lumps.
