Mashed potatoes with mascarpone and truffle oil
This is a very tasty dish! With mascarpone turns delightfully creamy, with other cheeses such as Nature or clotted cream tastes a little different but also very good and a little less calorie. I recommend to try! Thank you for the recipe Lena exituss.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Mascarpone

    3 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 tsp

Everything is just outrageously! Peel the potatoes, chop and boil until tender in salted water. With potatoes drain the water, mash it, pour in the warm milk, stir. Add the mascarpone and grated Parmesan.

Stir thoroughly. You can't beat with a wooden spoon until fluffy.

Then add in the mashed potatoes truffle oil and again mix well. If you do not have oil - place without it, mashed potatoes will still be delicious.
