Spicy pumpkin from Africa
This is my own recipe. We lived deep in the mountains, and wanted something like that, and then the pumpkin I bought. Found the recipe in a Homemade Encyclopedia of the 60-ies. On the basis of this recipe where people were advised to cook the pumpkin in milk with apples, for which the milk was winding down and we have started to create. To improve the recipe took several years until I learned to cook. In the recipe added all new ingredients, and then we were in the appendage of 4 years in India brought... Here they are - spice and orange juice... Well, try. We eat it often. Children always eat a double portion. And since I live in Africa, hence the name - spicy pumpkin from Africa ))) Bon appetit.
