Chicken, stuffed with buckwheat and zucchini
Rice I have chicken and stuffing, now came the turn of buckwheat.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Buckwheat

    2 pack

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Curry

For this recipe we will need buckwheat from TM Mistral. It must boil until tender according to package instructions.

The chicken (I have home) you need to marinate for an hour, preferably overnight, for this purpose it should be rubbed with salt, black pepper and curry.

For the filling we will need zucchini and red onion. These are the beauties I grew up.
