Mini pork
It is not always possible to get out into nature for the weekend. So delicious and juicy mini-kebabs of pork tenderloin in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Pepper green

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Fresh pork fillet wash, dry, cut into small pieces. Salt and generously pepper.

Mix well yogurt, soy sauce, mustard, missed through chesnokodavku garlic and crushed by the blender of greens (I used cilantro and celery). Pour the pork marinade.

Green pepper cut lengthwise, remove the stalk and seed of the partition, wash, cut into small squares. Peel the onion and slice the same way as pepper.

Add the chopped vegetables to the pork, mix well. Leave for 12 hours (overnight).

Wooden skewers soak in water for 30 minutes. Spread on skewers pieces of pork, alternating with pieces of pepper and onions.

Bake in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for about 40 minutes (focus on your oven). I baked in the grill on the middle level of the oven on a silicone Mat. In the process of roasting to turn the kebabs several times, pouring the separated juice. Serve with fresh or steamed vegetables.
