Liver grilled with strawberry salsa
I like to cook the liver on the grill. Today I decided to cook it with spices Forester for meat. In a box with spices is a wonderful package with a tight clasp, for marinating. But the highlight of this dish was the salsa of strawberries.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    1 kg

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Strawberry

    200 g

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

1. The liver soak in milk for 2 hours. Then cut them into large chunks. Put in a bag, add spices Forester. Shake well and leave for 30 minutes.

2. For the strawberry salsa and cilantro, wash, dry.

3. Strawberries cut into small dice, chop the cilantro and put in bowl. Add honey, vinegar, salt and oil to taste.

4. Cook the liver on grill, on the burning coals until cooked about 20 minutes on each side.

5. Then the liver to remove from the grid and serve with strawberry salsa.
