Simple, unpretentious dish, mix cereals and vegetables. Can be an independent dish to use as garnish. Suitable to feed in the post

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tomato sauce

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

    2 sprig

Cooking

Buckwheat boil in salty water according to instructions on the package.

Onion peel, cut into cubes. In a saucepan heat the oil, fry the onion until it changes color.

Pepper wash, dry, remove the seed box, cut into cubes. Add to the frying pan to the onions.

The washed and dried zucchini into cubes. Add to the onions with pepper

Add the pureed tomatoes. Gravity until the vegetables are tender.
