Minions of salmon with orange sauce

  • Fish fillets

  • Honey

  • Orange juice

    100 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chives

    0.25 coup

Salmon fillet cut into strips, season with salt and pepper. Wrap in rolls, secured with a skewer.
