Description
Pancakes with cottage cheese and chocolate balls, under fill "a La eggnog" came out very tasty and tender. Appeal to both adults and children.

Cooking
Bake the pancakes using vegetable oil-Oleina.
Cheese (I paste) mashed with a fork.
To separate the yolk from the white of one egg.
Add the yolk to the cream cheese. Mix well.
Then add chocolate chips.
On pancake spread 1 - 1.5 tbsp of filling.
Roll into a tube. So to wrap all the rest of the pancakes.
Shape (diameter 20 cm) baking lay parchment paper, grease with vegetable oil.
Spread out to form pancakes.
The egg and the remainder of the protein combine with sugar.
Beat with a mixer at high speed until fluffy.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and blend with the blender again.
On top of the pancakes pour our "a La eggnog". Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 -15 minutes until it will turn brown.
