Simple and tasty beef burgers. Very delicate, gentle spring!!! Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    40 ml

  • Basil

    1 pinch

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Spices

    1 pinch

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

The meat and the onions to pull off in a meat grinder. Add spices and sour cream.

Knead the minced meat. Leave for 30 minutes to infuse.

Heat the pan. To form the patties. Roll in breadcrumbs. Add the oil for frying in a pan, heat. Fry the patties on both sides until Golden brown.

Cover with a lid. Reduce the heat and simmer until tender. I stewed for about 30 minutes. From the specified number of ingredients I got 14 meatballs. Cutlets are ready!!! Bon appetit!!!
