Cooking
Two slices of white bread soak in milk, wring out excess liquid and mix with the minced chicken. Onion finely chop and fry in butter and add to stuffing. Add salt and flavoring hops-suneli to taste.
Chicken gizzards boiled and finely chop.
1 teaspoon of butter lightly fry 1 tsp of flour, stirring constantly slowly pour the 10% cream, salt, pepper, add a pinch of nutmeg. Cook until a thick cream. And here is the finished result. And the zeppelins and the chops turned out very tender and tasty. Son said they have one drawback - a little!
