Milk in tomato sauce
Very quick to prepare dish, perfect when no time to stand at the stove)) Hearty, delicious, flavorful, perfectly diversifies the family dinner.

Ingredients

  • Fish ROE

    200 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    350 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

Fish ROE washed and cut into small pieces. Send to a frying pan on a medium heat, fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes. Add salt and a pinch of ground black pepper.

In parallel, fry in vegetable oil, add 1 tbsp butter, cut in small pieces garlic. 4 minutes, until Browning.

Send to garlic tomatoes in their own juice. I just kind of chopped them with a knife, did not use blender. Sprinkle with salt and add a pinch of chilli (powder). Wearever to evaporate excess moisture within 10 minutes.

Coarsely chop the parsley sent into the pan.

Immediately send it to the tomatoes milt. Put on a small fire, cover with a lid and tormented for 5 minutes. Switch off, serve))
