Pancake chocolates
I'm not a fan of cold sweet pancakes. But for the sake of experiment I wanted to try to cook candy pancakes. Immediately to mind came the Association with candy "cherry brandy". Decided that if you do these candies need to be very tasty, sweet and lean pancakes. I am very happy with my idea. Candy turned out tender and with a delicious filling. If you don't want to bother with candy, you can just wrap the filling in a pancake. It is very tasty. Don't take our word, try.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Cherry

    130 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Mastic

    100 g

Cooking

With a whisk, beat the egg with sugar and salt.

Pour 2/3 of the milk, a little beat up.

Add the flour and cocoa.

Stir to avoid lumps.

Add the butter and the remaining milk. Mix well. Leave the dough to stand for 15 minutes.

Bake pancakes.

To shift from a pancake on a Board and have cooled trim the edges to make a square.

Each square is divided into 4 parts. If the pancakes are small, just make squares with sides 10*10 cm

Chocolate melt in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Add the chopped cherries (without juice)! Mix well.

Spinning rolls. Edge to pin with a toothpick.

In the same way to make the rest of the candy rolls. Remove for 5 minutes in the freezer. The filling will freeze slightly and the edges will be easy to fix.

As "threads" I took mastic. Roll plump flagella and wrap the edges. Beautiful and delicious candy finish. Trim the pancakes you can pour condensed milk, a delicious dessert. Bon appetit!
